The National Research Council included Communications in its assessment of research doctorate programs in 2006.

CCA created a special “Task Force on the NRC Study” in spring 2003 to work with the NRC and our member associations in this process. The task force is chaired by Dr. Linda Putnam of the University of California Santa Barbara. Much of the information/material below was gathered/created by the task force.
